Electrolyte Drink Cubes

A waterdrop® Microlyte is a small, sugar-free cube that adds a delicious taste to your water with natural fruit and plant extracts plus electrolytes, giving you all the vitamins and minerals you will need during and after a workout.

We developed our Microlyte Collection with the idea of ​​having a sport drink on-the-go, without the need for a plastic bottle. Simply drop one Microlyte into cold water and beat your limits.

Electrolytes are minerals that are vital to many key functions in the body. When we sweat, 99% of that is water, while 1% are electrolytes.

It is best to drink a Microlyte during and/or after exercising, to regain the electrolytes you lost while exercising.

Our cubes are not a vitamin supplement; rather, they are considered a regular beverage under EU regulations.

We recommend consuming no more than 1.5 waterdrop® cubes per kg of bodyweight. At a bodyweight of 60 kg, this would be 90 cubes a day. That is approximately 45L of water, which we know would be nearly impossible to achieve.

Practically speaking, we have established a limit of 10 Microdrink cubes per day, to ensure that you do not exceed the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI). For our Microenergy flavours, we would suggest keeping it to 5 a day, since they contain natural caffeine.

Due to the high concentration of minerals and vitamins of our Microlyte flavours, we do not recommend consuming more than 3 Microlyte cubes per day. If you don't engage in any sporting activity, but still want to enjoy our Microlyte cubes, we advise you not to exceed 1 cube per day.

Due to the high concentration of Magnesium, it may be that your Microlyte does not dissolve completely.

This is entirely normal, and poses no health issue. You can enjoy your Microlyte without any concern.
