Terms + Conditions | waterdrop x Mastercard Promotion

 

1. Promotion Overview

The waterdrop® Spend & Save Mastercard Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Waterdrop Pty ANZ Ltd (“waterdrop®”, “we”, “our”). Eligible customers who meet the qualifying criteria below may receive a $15 waterdrop® Voucher.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid for purchases made between 1 January 2026 and 8 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

All claims must be submitted by 8 March 2026. Vouchers must be redeemed by 31 July 2026.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible, customers must:

a. Be residents of Australia or New Zealand, aged 18 years or over.

b. Spend $70 or more in a single transaction using a Mastercard during the Promotion Period.

c. Complete a qualifying purchase either:

  • Online at waterdrop.com.au, or

  • At a waterdrop® Retail Kiosk (Melbourne Central or Chadstone), or

  • At waterdrop® retail locations at the Australian Open.

d. Purchases of waterdrop® products made through third-party retailers, resellers, marketplaces, or distributors not expressly listed in these Terms & Conditions (including but not limited to supermarkets, pharmacies, online marketplaces, or duty-free retailers) are not eligible for this Promotion.

e. Submit a valid claim including Name, Email Address, and Order Number via

4. Qualifying Purchase Conditions

  • The full transaction value must meet or exceed $70 after discounts and before shipping.

  • Payment must be made entirely with a Mastercard (physical card or digital wallet using Mastercard).

  • Each receipt may be submitted once only.

  • One voucher per customer during the Promotion Period, regardless of multiple purchases.

  • Gift card purchases, voucher purchases, and third-party marketplace transactions are excluded, unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Verification & Voucher Issuance

  • All claims are subject to verification by waterdrop®.

  • Verified customers will receive their $15 Voucher via the email address provided within up to 72 hours of approval.

  • The voucher will be linked to the submitted email address and cannot be transferred.

6. Voucher Conditions

  • The voucher may be redeemed online or in-store at waterdrop® locations in Australia.

  • A minimum purchase of $50 is required to redeem the voucher.

  • The voucher:

    • Cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotional codes

    • Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

    • Must be used in a single transaction

    • Must be redeemed before 31 July 2026

7. Fraud, Errors & Misuse

waterdrop® may, in its sole discretion, reject or cancel claims that:

  • Do not meet eligibility requirements

  • Involve fraudulent activity or tampering

  • Are submitted using multiple email addresses or identities

  • Otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions

  • waterdrop® is not responsible for technical errors, lost submissions, or delays outside its control.

 

8. Privacy

Personal information submitted as part of the Promotion will be handled in accordance with waterdrop®’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion and voucher issuance.

9. Changes & Termination

waterdrop® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
